Silicone sealant Production process:

1)preparation of raw materials according to the formula,Add to the base disperser (or kneader),Powder can be divided into 2-3 times.By mixing, the friction between the material to raise the temperature, stir mixing evenly. Start the vacuum system and draw the water from the material.

2)the production of the base material through the high viscosity pump to the base material storage tank, slowly added to the three roller grinding machine, to achieve the fineness requirements.

4)the mixing cylinder will be pushed into a multifunctional dispersing machine, Start stirring and high speed dispersing. Start the vacuum system, draw out the moisture and air in the material.Start the cooling system to control the temperature of the material.

5)After the production is completed, the mixing cylinder is pushed into the hydraulic discharging machine and is divided into a material cylinder of the packing machine.

6）put the bucket into the packing machine and then filling.

7）Packing the product into the warehouse.
