Introduction:

1). Mixing component of Conical twin screw mixer is two asymmetric spiral cantilevers; with different lengths.

2).The two asymmetric spiral cantilevers rotate around its own axis (rotation). And also they run around the central axis of the cone-shaped container; with the rotary arms move in the cone near the wall (revolution)

3).The device repeatedly reverse materials through rotation and revolution, to enhance the shear, convection and diffusion in the cone-shaped container to generated the mixing

4).The jacket (heating, cooling) and sprayers can be added outside the machine, apply to powder and powder mixed responses in the industries of chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticides, dyes and building.
